Description

In 2019, thirty‑one years after the beginning of World War III, a secret child prodigy with extraordinary mental powers escapes custody and inadvertently draws a motorcycle gang into a clandestine project. The incident awakens psychic abilities in one of the gang members, Tetsuo, who is then seized by the army for experimentation. Altered by the procedures, Tetsuo becomes a vessel of vengeance, intent on striking back against a society that once branded him weak.
