Description
On the day of Grandpa’s wake, Grandma sits alone in her room, scrolling through a photo album filled with memories of him. A boy asks, “Are you sad, Grandma?” and she replies with cheerful jokes. As she falls asleep, she dreams of meeting a man and making a promise to him. This first‑year work was completed in 2010 at the Graduate School of Film and New Media, Department of Animation, Tokyo University of the Arts.
