Description
Aoki Densetsu Shoot! follows three high‑school freshmen, Toshihiko Tanaka, Kenji Shiraishi, and Kazuhiro Hiramatsu, who formed a close bond during junior high while playing soccer. Together they were known as the Kakenishi Golden Trio for turning their junior‑high team into a formidable force. After graduation, the three chose to attend Kakegawa High, a school founded only a year earlier, because of their admiration for the star player Yoshiharu Kubo. Kubo led the new high‑school team to an unprecedented top‑eight finish in the prefecture during its first year with an all‑freshman roster.
