Description
Kozue is a high‑school student who loves volleyball. She dreams of joining Japan’s national team. Throughout the series she steadily advances from the school district league to the Japanese volleyball finals, and ultimately to the international championship. As she rises, however, she encounters the darker aspects of success, excessive expectations, growing self‑conceit, and jealousy.
