Description
Adapted from the 2005 adults‑only superhuman battle action visual novel game *Ayakashi*, the series follows Kusaka Yuu, a student who has lost the will to live after the death of a dear childhood friend. His life takes a dramatic turn when the mysterious girl Yoake Eim appears. From that moment on, Yuu becomes the target of the parasitic life force known as Ayakashi, which grants superpowers to its host while draining the host’s entire life force. As Yuu’s hidden powers awaken, he is hunted by Ayakashi and their human hosts, setting the stage for an endless battle that will forever alter his fate.
