Rion is tricked into installing a chip called “Gun Bluster” into his racing car by the mini‑4WD company he works for. Once the chip is in, the car begins to race uncontrollably, wreaking havoc among fellow competitors. To stop the runaway vehicle, Rion joins forces with the TRF Victorys and sets out to remove the chip. Together with Rion, Retsu, Go Seiba, and the other TRF members, including Ryo Takaba, his younger brother Jiromaru, Tokichi, and J, they confront an organization also hunting for Gun Bluster, though its motives remain unclear. United by their passion for mini‑4WD racing, the TRF and Rion navigate traps and work together to safely capture Gun Bluster.
