In each episode, Nuku Nuku, an energetic high‑school student, gets into a series of comedic adventures and mishaps while navigating her relationships with classmates. The overarching narrative pits her against the malevolent Mishima Industries, which seeks to dominate the world through its products. Opposing this plan are the eccentric Kyuusaku Natsume and an android who serves as a companion to his young son. Nuku Nuku’s classmates are a colorful cast: Futaba, the domineering class president who cannot relinquish her authority; Chieko Shirakaba, the affluent snob supported by two loyal yes‑girls; a bookworm; a mystic who constantly foresees events; a scientist; and a pop singer. Each character remains true to their distinct traits.
