The universe has fallen under the cruel military rule of the despotic Ventika Empire. On a rebel police‑state planet called G.P.P., authorities discover a young girl named Muma, who may hold the key to bringing down the Ventika Empire. Though her potential is frightening, Muma suffers from memory loss and is locked in a maximum‑security prison. The G.P.P. task its most hardened elite operative, Agent Kate, with extracting and protecting her. After completing that mission successfully, Agent Kate is immediately assigned another task: she must rescue another individual who will be instrumental in overturning the regime.
