During the day, the three Kisugi sisters, Rui, Hitomi, and Ai, operate a small café named “Cat’s Eye.” To learn the whereabouts of their missing father, the artist Michael Heintz, the sisters disguise themselves as the clever and enigmatic thief known as Cat’s Eye and rob art galleries, hoping that Heintz’s works will reveal clues about his disappearance. Meanwhile, Hitomi is in a relationship with Inspector Toshi, who is determined to capture Cat’s Eye, unaware that Hitomi is the thief he seeks.
