Chicchana Yukitsukai Sugar

The Season Fairies govern the weather, each possessing a distinct specialty, and only fully qualified fairies can wield this power. Sugar is an apprentice Snow Fairy who, along with her friends, has completed their training and now must seek out elusive magical “Twinkles.” Despite their efforts, none of the fairies can determine what a Twinkle truly is. In the process, they encounter a human girl named Saga, who can see them when others cannot. Saga, who prefers a quiet, orderly life, reluctantly becomes the unlikely helper to these noisy, lively little fairies.
