Description
Scamper is a penguin who loves to explore. With his friend Snowflake, he embarks on wonderful adventures. Together they discover the wonders of their world, meeting a puppy named Cowboy and his owner, a scientist studying the Antarctic environment. They also learn that not everything is friendly when they become stranded far from home. Yet with luck and brave Scamper at the helm, anything can happen.
