Choujin Locke is a quiet, polite, and lonely immortal esper who is known as “Locke the Superman,” though he frequently denies the title. Very little is known about his origins; he claims he does not remember when or where he was born, and that may indeed be true. In “Millennium of the Witch,” when Cornelia Prim asks which star he was from, Locke replies, “Toa.” Throughout galactic history, he has appeared at various moments, sometimes as a direct or indirect influence and at other times merely as an observer. With his esper abilities, Locke can learn and accomplish tasks more quickly than an ordinary human, and his powers grant him eternal youth, he can even revert to a child to be adopted.
