Description

A newly built island resort in Tokyo Bay, run by one of the world’s most powerful supercomputers, opens for its grand celebration. The City Hunter gang is invited, but only Miki and Kaori manage to arrive. Soon they and the other guests are taken hostage by an exiled South American dictator, General Gillium. Now Ryo and Umibozu must rescue the hostages and stop Gillium’s daughter from using the supercomputer to launch a nuclear attack on the United States.
