Description
As Christopher Columbus nears the New World, he shares with cabin boy Paco the hardships of his youth, the difficulty of convincing others of his vision, and the triumph when King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella agreed to sponsor his voyage. Although the sailors remain skeptical, Columbus is vindicated upon landing, even though the land they reach is not the intended destination of Japan.
