Description
Nine people are deceived and forced by the evil organization called the Neo‑Black Ghosts to become cyborgs. Refusing to become the organization’s killing machines, they escape under the guidance of Dr. Gilmore. Together they team up to fight the Neo‑Black Ghosts and confront injustice wherever it surfaces.
