Description
Haruka Nishikikoji is an overweight doctor who never seems to attract any girls. Fate intervenes when he lands a job at an elementary school, where his office sits on the roof and the clinic resembles a medieval castle. Just when everything appears to be going downhill, a surprise arrives: his first love, Koizumi Miyuki, applies to be his nurse.
