Description
Angels from the planet Eden have observed Earth and its inhabitants, Earthians, for five billion years. Chihaya, an angel with black hair and wings, serves as a “plus” checker and travels to Earth alongside Kagetsuya, a “minus” checker. Each pair of plus and minus checkers records events on Earth, and if the cumulative score ever drops to minus 10,000, the planet will be destroyed. The series follows Chihaya and Kagetsuya as they witness a wide array of people and occurrences on Earth.
