Description
Rick Wheeler, a police detective, dies in a fatal car crash while chasing the criminal Zoda. He is placed into artificial cold‑sleep for 150 years, only to be revived by Jody Summer and Dr. Stewart. Together with a group of righteous racers, they fight to keep prize money from falling into the hands of the unscrupulous Dark Million Organization, led by Black Shadow and Deathborn.
