Description
Fushigi Naido is a stop‑motion animation that follows two sisters as they go about their household chores. While one sister is digging in a well, she falls in and is transported to a fantastical realm where she must retrieve a pail. In this wonderland she helps a variety of creatures and earns rewards for her kindness. When she returns home, the other sister, feeling jealous, tries the same journey but, driven by selfishness and rudeness, she refuses to help anyone and ultimately fails.
