Fine and Rein are sent to the Royal Wonder Academy on the Royal Wonder Planet to train and become better princesses. They intend to make many friends, but the competitive environment and the cold demeanor of both students and teachers hinder their efforts. When they touch the legendary Soleil Bell, the twins transform into Universal Princesses, summoning two angels, Pyupyu and Kyukyu, to aid them. An evil force that emerged from a painting, however, remains dissatisfied with the Universal Princesses and threatens to disrupt their newfound power.
