Description

Kitajima Maya, a 13‑year‑old with a natural gift for acting, is discovered by the reclusive actress Tsukikage. The narrative chronicles Maya’s maturation, her rigorous training, the obstacles she overcomes, and her rise to become the leading actress of her generation, now in her early twenties. Her chief rival is Himekawa Ayumi, the striking daughter of a famed film duo, and the two compete fiercely for the coveted role of the “Crimson Goddess.” A parallel subplot centers on Maya’s relationship with Hayami Masumi, a handsome and ruthless entertainment mogul who secretly idolizes her. Misunderstandings and ill‑timed circumstances thwart their romance.
