Description
The series centers on the 108th Guard Squad stationed in Aomori. This poorly equipped unit, with little military standing, is often regarded as a “reject camp” for pilots who did not qualify for the elite units based in Hokkaido. Despite its apparent helplessness, the squad faces relentless enemy forces that are advancing toward both the 108th and the rest of the empire. The young pilots, who had only dreamed of returning home, are abruptly thrust into war against their will.
