A mysterious explosion on Futagami Island marks the beginning of a new chapter in the Dangaioh mythos. Led by the evil Professor Katou, the Tartarus Knights launch a campaign to destroy the world, starting with a small research station on the island. Katou’s victory seems almost certain until he confronts an advanced fortress guarding the island, from which a trio of humanoid robots, Dangaioh, are unleashed.
