Hasami Togi is a 1974 music video for the song of the same name performed by Masanori Tomotake and the Suginami Jidō Gasshoudan. The video was featured on NHK’s *Minna no Uta* program. While it uses the same recording as the original broadcast, it presents an entirely new color visual sequence and additional changes.
