Description
A dove, wandering in love, roams the city streets in search of a dream, even while its wing is broken. The song was composed to offer encouragement to junior‑high students; in its original 1986 broadcast, there was a rise in student suicides, and those youths were sometimes called “oreta tsubasa” (broken wings). The lyrics were written to help heal the broken hearts of adolescents.
