Description
Atsuko “Akko‑chan” Kagami, known in some Western releases as “Stilly,” “Caroline,” or “Julie”, is an energetic elementary‑school girl who loves mirrors. One day her favorite mirror, a gift from her mother (in some versions it was given by her father as a present from India), breaks, and instead of discarding it she chooses to bury it in her yard. In her dreams a spirit, sometimes portrayed as the Queen of the Mirror Kingdom, appears, impressed that the girl treated the mirror with such respect.
