An old fairy tale receives a fresh twist in this whimsical animated adaptation. When a young Jack is deceived into exchanging his family's prized cow for a handful of beans, he plants them and discovers they sprout into a magical vine that climbs skyward. As Jack ascends the beanstalk, he encounters a strange and wondrous realm governed by the enchanting Princess Margaret. The princess is infatuated with Prince Tulip, despite his unattractive appearance and harsh demeanor, but their romance is orchestrated by the malevolent witch Madam Noir, who has enchanted Margaret to ensure she marries her own son.
