Judo Sanka, adapted from Hiroshi Kaizuka’s manga, was the final sports‑themed series produced by TMS, after earlier works such as the first *Star of the Giants* adaptation. Due to low ratings, the series was pulled from the air before it could cover the later chapters of the original manga.
