Kaji to Kouma is a fire safety instructional video created as a teaching aid for schools. Very little is known about the film beyond the fact that Yoshikazu Yasuhiko designed the characters, as noted on page 117 of the “Yoshikazu Yasuhiko Design Notes” booklet included with the December issue of Animage (no. 56).
