The Phone Pole Team, a nefarious organization, has a single goal: world conquest. Finding that ambition difficult to achieve, they shift their strategy to seize the world one prefecture at a time. When the mayor’s office in their latest target city learns of the plot, it enlists every member of the local high‑school baseball team, three players, to defend the town. Throughout this one‑shot OVA, the trio battles faceless minions, rampaging cyborgs, desperate undercover attempts, and even a touch of romance, all while protecting their neighborhood and justifying the stipend they receive from the city council.
