After the television series concludes, Kyosuke and Madoka reach the point of graduation and must decide which college to attend. Determined to stay together, they search for a university where both can enroll. Meanwhile, Hikaru, still a year away from graduating, supports Kyosuke in her own way. As Hikaru helps, Madoka becomes jealous and confesses her feelings to Kyosuke.
