An educational film that teaches the importance of planning for the future. It follows a fox pup who is eager to eat all the grapes from a newly sprouted plant. His mother forbids him, but he does not understand why. Years later, the fox returns to the spot where the small grape plant once grew, only to discover it has become a large, sturdy vine bearing plentiful fruit. He thanks his mother in heaven for teaching him that his early haste would have killed the plant, preventing it from growing into a bountiful harvest.
