Description
This stop‑motion short marks the Hello Kitty franchise’s first puppet animation. It follows twin kittens, Kitty and Mimmy, who are inside on a rainy day. When their mother returns home, she brings them a souvenir: an umbrella in various colors and a pair of boots. The kittens are delighted, but the rain stops. Despite the pleasant weather the next day, Kitty and Mimmy wish for rain again so they can venture out together with their new umbrella. Their wish is fulfilled when rain finally arrives. The short was originally released in theaters alongside *Unico*, and later bundled with the film for a DVD release.
