Shinatora, a wicked multi‑billionaire, has been constructing a series of sprawling, unsightly buildings that are destroying large sections of downtown Tokyo. Explosives expert Benten has begun targeting Shinatora’s empire, blowing up the monstrous structures. In response, the FBI dispatches Lisa Hoshino, a bomb‑disposal specialist, and her robotic assistant Dandy, to assist the local police on a tour of Japan.
