Description
While walking through the streets of Tokyo, Linn Suzuki discovers a strange device protruding from the sidewalk. Suddenly she is ambushed by thugs, but a beautiful stranger intervenes and defeats them. Linn, who has fled Deep Kyoto from a cruel mistress, is now in Edo hoping to find her long‑lost brother, last seen working for the Kuon Detective Agency. The stranger turns out to be Miho Kuon, who invites Linn to stay with her and nicknames her Kotetsu, or “Little Tetsu,” after her brother, Tetsujin. However, a mysterious agency called the Syndicate is after Miho, and Linn finds herself drawn into the thick of their conflict.
