Description
In an alternate timeline after World II, Japan is split: Hokkaido is annexed by the Union, while Honshu and the southern islands are under U.S. sovereignty. A gigantic, enigmatic tower rises in Hokkaido, visible from Aomori across the Tsugaru Strait.
