La Vilaine LuLu is an anime adaptation of a picture book created by the late fashion icon Yves Saint‑Laurent. Saint‑Laurent originally drew the whimsical cartoons for his 1956 picture book while he was a 20‑year‑old employee at Christian Dior’s haute‑couture house. The series follows the bizarre fantasies of a mischievous girl named Lulu.
