Twin brothers Frank and Karl live with their Uncle Charles while their parents are away. They attend school and meet classmates Mike and Sally, and later, together with Norton, they talk about RC racing. Karl dismisses RC racing as just “baby games,” but Mike insists on its excitement. After school, the friends head to the RC club, where Mike competes against the duo. Karl struggles with the controller, but Frank follows Mike’s lead and finishes second. Following the race, Sally and her father arrive, and the group visits a car shop to analyze different RC cars. Mike explains how RC racing cars evolve, using his own car as an example, and notes that higher-level models require modifications such as spoilers and new body kits. Frank and Karl then race against Marco, later against a car named Sword, and continue to compete with Tommy and Norton before facing Ocean. The climax is a final race against Sword.
