Description
Pelsia is a cute ten‑year‑old girl who has spent her childhood among animals in Africa. She is brought back to Japan, only to be transported into a magical world. There she receives a headband that generates a baton, enabling her to transform into a beautiful sixteen‑year‑old girl who can don various outfits. Alongside her, she is accompanied by three adorable magical pets that offer guidance, and her beloved African lion, now reimagined as a talking plush toy.
