Description
Mahou Shoujo Pretty Sammy (1996) follows the story set in the magical kingdom of Juraihelm. Tsunami, who is in line to become the crowned queen, must first pass a test that involves choosing someone who will help make the world a better place. Sasami is tasked with delivering a CD from her mother’s store to a spooky mansion, where she encounters Tsunami. Tsunami informs Sasami that she will become a magical girl, bestowing upon her magical powers and sending Ryo-Okhi to serve as her guide. The journey is complicated by Tsunami’s rival, Ramia, who also desires the crown and is prepared to do anything to prevent Tsunami’s coronation, even creating her own magical girl, Pixy Misa, to oppose Tsunami.
