Metal Skin Panic MADOX-01

During a live military test, this crazy new battle suit called MADOX-01 absolutely destroys a tank unit like, it's not even close. The pilot, Elle Kusomoto, makes it look easy. One of the tank commanders who gets wrecked is this guy Lieutenant Kilgore, who's basically Japan's angriest tank driver, and he does NOT take losing well. He's so pissed off and humiliated that he swears he's gonna get revenge. You can probably guess this doesn't end well.

So here's where it gets ridiculous: they're transporting the MADOX prototype and it literally just... falls off the truck. This military-grade weapon goes bouncing through Tokyo, smashing into buildings and cars like it's in a action movie. And where does it end up? In the hands of Koji Sujimoto, some random college kid who has zero idea what he's doing. Of course, instead of leaving it alone or calling someone, Koji decides to mess around with it.

Big mistake. He gets stuck inside the thing and can't figure out how to stop it, so now he's rocketing through downtown Tokyo at insane speeds, probably destroying half the city. Meanwhile, Kilgore is chasing after the suit like a maniac, and the whole situation turns into this chaotic mess about what happens when military tech gets out of control and into the wrong hands.
