Description
Mitsume ga Tooru follows a young boy named Sharaku who possesses a deadly power hidden behind a third eye on his forehead. When opened, this eye unleashes a potent mystical energy that transforms him into a ruthless sorcerer, capable of summoning demons and wielding a red harpoon‑wand known as the Red Condor. To safeguard humanity from this dangerous ability, he is forced to wear a bandage that seals the eye. While the eye remains sealed, Sharaku remains unaware of his true nature and has no recollection of the sinister deeds he once committed in pursuit of world domination.
