Dentist apprentice Egg and his side‑kick cavity companion C1 board the mechanical‑biological train, the Cavity Express, to traverse the cavity world and complete the training required to earn the coveted DOCTOR title. Armed with a toothbrush and toothpaste, Egg battles nasty cavities as he races toward the End of the Journey Station.
