Silent, apathetic yet mischievous, 14‑year‑old Rokujou Miharu bears the powerful hijutsu “Shinrabanshou,” a technique coveted by many ninja clans in Nabari who seek to rule the city. His classmate Kouichi and English teacher Kumohira are secretly members of the Banten clan, sworn to protect Miharu from the relentless attackers that pursue him. Although Miharu initially rejects their invitation to join their ninja “club,” he eventually has no choice but to enlist for his own survival. Through this reluctant alliance, he gradually moves closer to becoming the ruler of Nabari.
