Hideki, the leader of the Nerima Daikon Brothers, dreams of building a dome in his hometown of Nerima to host a concert for his band. Together with his cousin Mako, whom he secretly has a crush on, his friend Ichiro, and Pandaikon, a panda he found in his yard that resembles a daikon, he attempts to earn money by any means. In the process, they battle villains, rob them, and pocket their ill‑gotten wealth. Their unlikely ally, Nabeshin, a rental operator, supplies them with outrageous gear that consistently helps them defeat the bad guys. The brothers sing their way to victory, yet they always end up losing the money they stole. Even as Inspector Karakuri investigates their antics, they remain steadfast in their fight for justice in Nerima.
