Description
After a falling out with his middle school team, Mihashi enters Nishiura High School with poor social skills, a distorted self‑image, and every intention of quitting baseball. The newly formed Nishiura baseball team, however, needs a pitcher, and they welcome him. The most enthusiastic member is Abe, a domineering catcher with his own performance issues. Together they form a battery that is both complementary and dysfunctional. If they can learn to work together, they may solve each other’s problems, and the team might finally achieve victory.
