Description
Loosely based on L.F. Baum’s *The Wizard of Oz*, the manga by Itsuki Natsumi depicts a post‑nuclear America divided into six warring states. By 2021, a legend has arisen about a city called OZ where all technology still functions. Scientist Felicia sets out to find this place, accompanied by mercenary Muto and android 1019. Their search ends at a military base and a madman, not the utopia they hoped for. In a parallel thread, a young woman hires a mercenary to escort her to the mythical OZ, where her missing brother supposedly lives. She is accompanied by a cyborg sent by her brother, but OZ proves not the paradise of legend and her brother is far less sane than he is intelligent.
