Description
Pecola is an orphaned penguin who lives with his grandfather, Pecolias, in Cube Town. The town is an isolated coastal village that features an art museum, a beach, a lighthouse marked with the number 36 above its entrance, and a canal. Cube Town sits adjacent to Crescent Bay and is surrounded by the Rookery Mountains coastal range. It receives regular ships, including a weekly freighter, that deliver mail, foodstuffs, and other supplies, and occasionally brings tourists from the nearby large metropolis of Cubic City. The heights above Cube Town rise into Glacier Valley, a snowbound region even during summer.
