Description

Mitsuo encounters Superman, an alien from a federation that maintains peace across the galaxy. Superman gives him a helmet that also functions as a mask, a cape that allows him to fly, and a badge that enables him to breathe underwater and communicate with his new comrades. He warns all Permans that their identities must remain secret, or their brains will be destroyed if exposed. Superman also provides a special doppelganger robot that can replace them while they are away, although it is not foolproof and may encounter problems.
