Description
In 2014, Shibuya declares independence from Japan and becomes its own nation. The city is a chaotic enclave inhabited solely by young people. Basic necessities, electricity, water, and food, are supplied by extensive pipelines that run through the sky like a web, trapping the residents in a fragile, interconnected existence. Within this environment, a group known as “Prayers” earns a living through musical duels. They convert music into electrical signals, inject them into opponents’ brains, and inflict psychological and physical damage upon one another. The series was originally conceived as a four‑episode OVA, but production was halted after the second episode.
